Conspiracy ???

I decided to open a checking account at Bank of America because I get tired of people asking "Do you have a checking account when I wanna order something." So I went an put the minimal amount needed to open an account which was $5. So they gave me a couple books of blank checks to use at my disposal. Its like if I buy a car , and they wanna repo it because I didnt pay a dime the 1st 3 months. Dont the contract say I get 5 years to pay it off? So dont try and charge me overdraft fees when yall gave me this many checks with $5 in the account to start with ...
